Your website doesn't work right I have been trying to send them a Ticket for weeks now and there is no response, other than your website won't accept the e Mail address or Password I established to send a Ticket but what is funny I can Login to my Account as a member and if I am already Logged in and I go to send a Ticket due to my problem your website won't let me log in to send them the Ticket to the problem that I have with the website. I use Google Chrome as my Browser so there is no excuse that, someone on your end would say, I am inputting the wrong information into the login for the account for I triple checked the information, in my password account, when I established this account, you have not responded to your sending me a correspondence to resolve this problem,

I have e Mailed you 2 times with this E Mail as well, you want me to use their software to shrink links on various platforms, but will not straighten out their website problems on your end when I am doing business with you, or in my case trying to do business"...With you"...

"I would appreciate at least some kind of response about this problem, it is a shame I have been a member on your website since the beginning of last month and cannot get you all to E Mail me about this fiasco" You could at least tell me if you are wanting to do business with me or not"...

I have been working on your website for 3 days and I have no response at all from you although I have filled out all information according to be able to establish an account, I tried for hours to contact you, and when I am already logged in you take me to another page to re login to send you a ticket, and the email address I have on your information is correct, also the password but your website will not accept it, and out of 3 tries to have you send me a redo of my password your website will not send it to my email address although I sent the change of my password three times." What I cannot understand is I am already working and shrinking U Tube and Facebook links and there is no response on your end at all I have done exactly as you requested and, I still cannot get the redo of my password link from your website although I sent as many times as I have".."i checked my spam, and my email several times and there was no response at all." In the link that is supposed to help me put this info right and what kills me is my password was right , and if you check my email in your servers or system, it is aligned with my Pay Pal account, as well so, this doesn't make sense when you click on sending a ticket to another page and your already using your web page"...

Each link I shortened through your site ends up with problems. When viewers click on it, instead of seeing the YouTube video, it just shows a whole lot of pop ups, which makes viewers believe it's spam.

It seems like a virus by the way it looks. I've done quite a few and each of them end of like that which is embarrassing. To add to this note, I'm unable to fill out a ticket regarding my concern so I had to come to this site.

It requires me to login again and when I do, it still doesn't allow me because it says that my password is wrong. For the record, I did delete them all since they were no good incase you tried to search for them on my account.
